OctPoWriMo Day 10: World Mental Health Day

Something simple for World Mental Health Day.

No one should travel alone when dealing with Mental Health, whether Depression, Bi-polar, Anxiety, ADHD, or any of the other Mental Disorder. If you suffer, don't be afraid to seek help. If you know friends and/or family with a Mental Illness, remember to reach out a hand. Sometimes the hand extended is the start that someone needs.

I have friends who live with Mental Health Issues. I do not judge and I try to be as supportive as I can. It also hits close to home as my Mom suffered Diabetic Depression for years and never really got the proper help she needed. I will always have Two Ears to listen. Don't give up and know that you are NOT ALONE! Dear Reader, Friends, family, and people I meet at Denny's, that goes for all of you too!

We are stronger together, let us all help each other!

Today's Prompt: Mental Health/Mental Illness

Today's Form: Acrostic Poetry

Minds are extremely fragile and
Entirely vast in their depths.
Never fully understood,
The Mind and how it works there is
Always more to undercover.
Lest we forget to acknowledge the

Health of the brain.
Everyone feels sad or angry sometimes
And  sometimes that feeling lingers.
Let not you travel this road alone,
There are always ears to listen, to

Hear your pain and ease your heart.
